How a Proximity Time Clock Works
Each employee is assigned a proximity badge or key fob encoded with a unique ID. When they arrive, leave, or take a break, they hold the badge near the reader.
The clock reads the signal wirelessly and logs the punch instantly. No alignment required, no physical contact with the device.
Punch data transmits to your dashboard over WiFi in real time, so managers always have an accurate picture of who is on the clock.
